We are delighted to announce that we have successfully obtained a brand-new licence for one of our clients within the London Borough of Greenwich’s Cumulative Impact Zone (CIZ). Our client was particularly happy as there is a presumption that new premises licences within CIZ’s will normally be refused. The premises licence was for a multi-use events venue and we also prepared a dispersal policy and noise management plan as part of the application process.
